Because SweetsBake products are delivered electronically, all sales are final once the purchased file or access link has been made available.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate purchases made by mistake, or items that have already been delivered.

If there is a technical issue with your order, contact us with your order number. We will help resolve file access problems, broken links, or incorrect delivery issues as quickly as possible.
